Gorontalo City, Kominfotik – A total of 200 Micro and Small Enterprise (MSE) actors in Gorontalo Province have received business capital assistance through the Phase XVI Productive Economic Program. This initiative was carried out by Baznas Gorontalo Province in collaboration with the Gorontalo Provincial Department of Cooperatives, MSEs, Industry, and Trade (Kumperindag).
The assistance was symbolically handed over by the Vice Governor of Gorontalo, Idah Syahidah Rusli Habibie, accompanied by the Head of the Provincial Kumperindag Department, Faisal Lamaraka, and the Chairman of Baznas, Hamka Arbi, at the Kumperindag Department office yard on Tuesday (March 17, 2026).

In his report, the Head of the Provincial Kumperindag Department, Faisal Lamaraka, stated that this productive economic assistance program has been conducted multiple times as a form of support to strengthen community businesses.
He explained that the program aims to:

Improve the welfare of business owners through capital assistance.
Encourage community economic independence.
Funding Details and Distribution
Faisal further detailed that the assistance provided consists of productive business capital valued at approximately IDR 1,200,000 for each MSE actor. With 200 recipients in this phase, the total assistance distributed reached IDR 240,000,000.
Through this program, the provincial government hopes that the funds will be utilized optimally by the recipients to expand their businesses, thereby increasing their income and improving family welfare.
